In order for the brand to get an “excellent or good” rating, the customer had to be completely satisfied with their service.

Lowe’s Home Improvement
More than 80% of Lowe’s customers ranked them “excellent or good”. They received this ranking because their continuance to meet customers’ needs both in store and online.
This store stocks their shelves according to local request. They go above and beyond when customer service is involved. They even stock local goods before they hit national markets.
This company takes their reputation seriously. They have spent money and time ensuring customers are happy, and over the last year they have won back many customers because of this. They have implemented online support, free troubleshooting guides, and how to videos.
They receive high ratings because of their accessibility, problem solving techniques, and emotional connection to clients.
This company will go to any lengths to ensure that their customers are satisfied. They pay attention to detail, and customers appreciate Google for that.
More than 40 percent of customers who interact with FedEx gave them an “excellent” rating.
United Parcel Service
About 41 percent of individuals who interacted with UPS gave them an “excellent” rating. They are noted for helping customers through social media outlets.
Hilton Hotel and Resorts
This prestigious company believes in taking care of their customers. Doubletree, which is a franchise owned by Hilton Worldwide, actually has a CARE committee inside each hotel. This committee is made up of a member from every department, and they monitor performance. This ensures that all customers are satisfied. This tactic is working because 4 out of 5 customers gave them an “excellent or good” rating.
