Conversational is now an official ConsumerAffairs accredited brand. The virtual receptionist provider and online consumer review portal recently joined forces for customer engagement. Conversational received accreditation from ConsumerAffairs, which enables them to respond to reviews, comments, and complaints left on the website.
Conversational published a press release outlining the details of the partnership and how the two brands plan to work together to engage customers in the future.
What is a ConsumerAffairs accredited brand?
ConsumerAffairs takes the quality of the brands reviewed on their website seriously. While all brands reviewed on the site are able to see posted reviews, only accredited brands have the ability to respond to reviews and complaints. Responding to reviews is one of the most important parts of managing a brand’s online reputation.
From the ConsumerAffairs FAQ page:
“A company that displays the ConsumerAffairs Accredited Seal has agreed to work with us to resolve consumer complaints. We provide ConsumerAffairs accredited companies with certain information regarding consumer reviews and complaints and allow ConsumerAffairs accredited companies to respond privately or publicly to the consumer.”
How are ConsumerAffairs and Conversational working together?
Following the accreditation from ConsumerAffairs, Conversational is now able to receive, review, and respond to consumer reviews posted on the ConsumerAffairs website by verified reviewers.
Zac Carman, CEO of Consumer Affairs, is excited to work with Conversational as an accredited brand and top-reviewed virtual receptionist provider:
“Consumer Affairs is excited to have Conversational join our list of outstanding accredited brands. Their commitment to delivering a quality customer experience makes them a standout in the virtual receptionist space, and we look forward to playing a role in their continued success as a trusted brand.”
Conversational hasn’t been listed on the website for long, but has already received a handful of excellent reviews from current and past customers. At the time of publication, the brand boasts five 5-star reviews, including one Expert Review from ConsumerAffairs headquarters.
Conversational’s Director of Marketing says the partnership has already proved beneficial to the company:
“We’ve received five 5-star reviews through ConsumerAffairs so far. Working with ConsumerAffairs has already been such a boost for our company – the staff there are so invested in the quality of reviews on their website. Being able to respond to every review that comes through helps us ensure that our brand never misses an opportunity to engage a customer.” – Debra Carpenter, Marketing Director at Conversational
In addition to receiving accreditation from ConsumerAffairs, Conversational also took a coveted spot on the website’s Top 10 Most Reviewed Virtual Receptionist list as one of the Best Virtual Receptionist Providers for 2016.
