What does Conversational do?
We’re a virtual receptionist and virtual assistant provider for small businesses and startups. Some call our services “virtual staffing” because we enable small business owners to outsource tasks to a dedicated virtual team instead of hiring full time, outsourcing to a call center, or hiring freelancers.
Our virtual receptionists take calls, manage scheduling and appointments, take and deliver messages via email, perform warm call transfers, and provide basic customer service to your callers.
Our virtual assistants perform all of the duties listed above, as well as traditional administrative assistant duties like returning phone calls, handling purchases, event and travel planning, research, editing, proofreading, social media duties, and more.
