Stephanie Schoolfield – Owner/Founder
With over 15 years of experience in brand management and product development, Stephanie used her experience and passion to create Conversational. Stephanie has a degree in Business Administration and has served as the product manager for various tech companies to include Server Sitters, ITX Design, and IP Geeks. She is highly motivated and fast paced with a passion for branding. When Stephanie’s not performing her daily ownership role she’s dedicated to taking care of her 4 children and husband (5th child) of 14 years.

Tanya Lamont – Chief Executive Officer
With a Diploma in Business Administration and over 9 years of Contact Center Experience, Tanya is an amazing asset to the Conversational administrative team. She has experience in Bookkeeping, Business Management, and customer and staff management. She also brings to the team an unparalleled work ethic and commitment to quality customer service. Her friendly and positive attitude makes her the perfect member of the team to lead the charge for the company and ensure consistent, professional and friendly customer service.

DebraDebra Carpenter – Marketing Director
Debra handles all key areas of marketing within Conversational to include our content strategy. Her background as a PR & Communications Manager and freelance content writer led to her to this role, where she manages blog content and editorial guidelines, social media, and marketing duties. Debra loves to sing, play guitar, and paint. She contributes regularly to several publications, including The Huffington Post and Debra has a Bachelor’s degree in Professional Studies and 4 years of content marketing experience. She spends most of her free time outdoors with her husband and daughter.

MachalMachal Brewington – Social Media Director and Content Editor
Machal is the Social Media Director and Content Editor for Conversational. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Her passion for communication and understanding people makes her an excellent social media director who strives to constantly enhance Conversational’s outside communications. She is also a highly experienced editor, editing books that have received mass publication in popular locations. Machal spends her spare time with her family and traveling. Alongside her husband, she is the Youth Pastor and dance instructor at her local church.

With an extensive background in supply chain, procurement , customer service and sales Tawnya has spent 5 years as a buying analyst for Loblaw Companies in Toronto before joining the Conversational team in its infancy as Conversational’s first employee. She brings dedication and passion to the team and believes through support, growth, and commitment the Conversational team will innovate the virtual world.
