Debra Carpenter – Marketing Director
Debra handles all key areas of marketing within Conversational to include our social media, email, and content marketing strategies. Her background as a PR & Communications Manager and freelance content writer led to her to this role, where she manages blog content and editorial guidelines, social media, and email marketing duties. Debra loves to sing, play guitar, and paint. She contributes regularly to several publications, including The Huffington Post and Forbes. Debra has a Bachelor’s degree in Professional Studies and 6 years of content marketing experience. She spends most of her free time outdoors with her husband and daughter.
Tawnya Thompson – Operations and Sales Manager
With an extensive background in supply chain, procurement , customer service and sales Tawnya has spent 5 years as a buying analyst for Loblaw Companies in Toronto before joining the Conversational team in its infancy as Conversational’s first employee. She brings dedication and passion to the team and believes through support, growth, and commitment the Conversational team will innovate the virtual world.
